Middle School Math Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a love of mathematics in students while providing engaging and effective instruction. This role requires a deep understanding of mathematical concepts, including differential equations and discrete math, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
Teach various levels of mathematics, including but not limited to pre-algebra and algebra.
Utilize learning technology to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
Dissect complex mathematical concepts into manageable parts for better student understanding.
Employ effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate library services and resources into the mathematics curriculum.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance and classroom activities.
Previous teaching experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
Familiarity with various teaching methods is an advantage.
Proficiency in utilizing learning technology for educational purposes.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage students and foster a collaborative classroom atmosphere.
Experience with Montessori methods and learning technology is a plus, as we aim to create a supportive and innovative learning environment.
