Northside Hospital is seeking a Physician Financial Project Coordinator (This is a leadership position) to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial initiatives, manage complex projects, and optimize financial performance across our physician clinic enterprise.
As a Physician Financial Project Coordinator, you will:
- Lead financial projects: Oversee complex projects, from planning to execution, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline.
- Provide strategic insights: Utilize advanced analytics to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Optimize financial performance: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various departments to deliver impactful results and support organizational goals

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- At least six years of finance experience with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred qualifications include:
- MBA or MHA degree
