salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage & Support the dealer onboarding process and ongoing account maintenance for assigned dealers and distributors, including supporting and maintaining the master dealer list, contracts, and dealer locator.
  • Assist in training and influencing the Distributor Network on Corporate and Development Strategy
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track distributor performance, including the Distributor Scorecard "Key Performance Indicator (KPI)" report, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Dealer Development efforts.
  • Coordinate and manage various dealer development projects, including market research, surveys, evaluations, dealer/distributor manuals, and expansion initiatives and creating processes, procedures, and best practices while working with cross-functional departments
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing presentation materials, maintaining records, creating documents, preparing reports, and ensuring project completion.
  • Consult with Distributors, Dealers, OEMs, and Management on network issues, offering feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all documentation and processes comply with ISO-9001 standards
  • Ability to travel (North America) when projects dictate - Could be 35% of the year if needed
