**Job Description Summary:**

Provides general nursing care to patients and families throughout the
continuum of care in diverse, acute health care settings. (Department has

scheduled staff to operate 247365).

The RN accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of

Nursing.

The RN delegates nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and
unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio

Nurse Practice Act.

According to department policies and nursing care standards, provides

professional nursing care services to patients.

Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care

provided to assigned patients.

Associates Degree (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart

** _MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS_**
  • Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
