Our HW/SW network security client that has been around for 30 years, has an opening for a Chief Operations Officer to join their firm in their Wilsonville, OR location.
This mid-sized firm is in a growth mode, expecting to add as much as 50% additional headcount in the next several months. The owner needs someone to come aboard to help manage day-to-day operations and bring fresh new technology ideas to the organization.
The ideal candidate will have worked for a hardware manufacturer (think CISCO server room products) with a strong manufacturing operations background, including supply chain management, procurement and logistics.We are seeking a future-focused Chief Operations Officer to spearhead our rapid growth and market expansion. As the CEO's key strategic partner, you'll transform visionary goals into actionable plans, driving operational excellence across all business units.
Lead the charge in scaling operations, entering new markets, and optimizing processes to support aggressive growth targets. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with experience in high-growth environments, adept at managing change and seizing opportunities in dynamic markets.
