Measuring Technician

• Timely and accurate completion of project administrative documents
• Legible version of all project documents (field measure notes, drawings, etc.) exist; photographs and other data are collected meticulously and are uploaded daily
• Project schedules are appropriate, and deadlines are met
• Confer with clients and other members of the Reborn team to determine project requirements
• Timely arrival to project site
• Collection of monies per contract
• Review of contract and administrative documents with customer
• Problems are reported immediately and resolved quickly
• Additional work as directed by Field Engineer Lead

• 2+ years experience as a project coordinator, assistant project manager, superintendent
• Knowledge of construction practices
• High standard of integrity and professionalism
• Must be customer service driven
• Must be able to pass a background screening
• Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance

• Annual base salary of $58,240 + performance-based bonus
• The average annual bonus ranges from $10,000 to $20,000
