Patient exam|evaluation (medical history, physical exams (orthopedic and functional focused), review pertinent med records|imaging)
Order and review tests|labs
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab|exercises with referral to PT as needed
Manage patient care
Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections
Documentation and progress notes
Attend team meetings
Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus

We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Ypsilanti Twp, MI. We are looking for a provider who can join us part time 2 days per week providing direct patient care within our integrated practice.Our ideal Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain.
Job duties include performing trigger point and joint injections. The position will start as part time with a flexible schedule, with plans to increase to full time as the patient base increases.

Duties:Patient exam|evaluation (medical history, physical exams (orthopedic and functional focused), review pertinent med records|imaging)
Order and review tests|labs
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab|exercises with referral to PT as needed
Manage patient care
Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections
Documentation and progress notes
Attend team meetings
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
PA|NP license in MIOrthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
Experience with joint injections a plus but we will pay for|provide training
