The Role
As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial advisors and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client financial analysis
- Account rebalancing and trading
- Investment model maintenance and investment research
- Troubleshooting with performance reporting
- Creating performance reports
- Generating client reports and proposals
- Paperwork related to private placements, investments, and qualified accounts
- General account administration questions
- Assist in creating and preparing client marketing materials in conjunction with other departments
- Staying up to date with the markets and how they affect our clients
You'll be the go-to person for standard day-to-day client account requests and contribute significantly to the comprehensive financial services we provide.

Requirements
Required Skills / Licenses:
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts.
- Familiarity with financial planning software and tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Series 7, SIE, required
- Series 63, 65, or 66, Life and Health a plus!
- Salary range - 65k - 120k, DOE
- 401(k) with 3% match
