Job Summary:
Our Client, a leading company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team. This full-time, hourly position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment while maintaining and troubleshooting industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools to install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric systems.
- Perform regular maintenance checks, such as inspecting drives, motors, belts, and fluid levels.
- Repair CNC machinery, manual machines, and machining centers.
- Determine required maintenance and perform preventative maintenance (PM) on various machines.
- Track and document PM reports and downtime.
- Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Programming skills for CNC machinery operation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Problem-solving abilities for diagnosing and rectifying machine malfunctions or deviations in product specifications.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Capability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner and prioritize critical work.
- Strong communication skills to report issues to management and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
