Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with organizational goals
- Manage relationships with media partners and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including content strategy, paid media, and analytics
- Evaluate communication effectiveness and provide data-driven insights for improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment
- Support business development and marketing efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in communications or marketing, preferably in the public health sector
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing and leading teams
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong understanding of measurement and evaluation methodologies
- Experience working with the federal government and agency (preferred)
