ReNuke Services is seeking a Nuclear Technical Specialist II for our client"s site in Hartsville, SC

Description:

This position is intended to support Physical Security Upgrade Projects. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and abilities:

Able to support and coordinate cross-functional interaction between multiple work groups
Able to read, review, and provide input for engineering sketches and drawings
Able to act as a liaison between Nuclear Security and Nuclear Projects for scoping and technical review of physical security requirements
Able to support onsite walkdowns of the affected equipment
Able to obtain and maintain Safeguards Information (SGI) qualification
Able to obtain and maintain nuclear unescorted access (UA)
Familiarity with nuclear physical security requirements including site-specific requirements, fleet-specific requirements, regulatory agency requirements, and local/state/federal law requirements
Able to work with internal and external customers/vendors to find common solutions for the affected equipment
Able to support the Project Manager (PM) in project coordination tasks and interface with the Responsible Engineer (RE) on technical items requiring Engineering Change (EC) incorporation
Able to support Field Engineer (FE) with coordination between planning, implementation, engineering, and project management
