We are based just west of Denver, in Arvada, Colorado. You will need to work with us in person on a daily basis, with potential for limited remote work.
We’re experiencing rapid growth, and so is our team! We’re looking for a talented and dynamic Data Analyst/Paid Search & Paid Social Manager to join our fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in driving our digital marketing strategy across multiple e-commerce brands.
You will manage and analyze paid search and social media campaigns to optimize performance and maximize ROI. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines and enjoys juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing and reporting on campaign data, adjusting strategies to achieve KPIs, and collaborating with our marketing and creative teams to execute initiatives that align with our brand goals. Experience with performance marketing, paid social platforms, and e-commerce analytics is a plus, but a strong desire to learn and grow in this area is essential.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on campaigns for a diverse portfolio of well-known brands, from pop culture icons like South Park and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to industry leaders like Bud Light and NASA. As we produce a high volume of creative content with quick turnarounds, we need someone who can combine analytical insight with a strategic mindset to drive results.

Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, with experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Tableau.
- Expertise in managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and driving results through data-driven decision-making.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs, with a focus on ROI and campaign performance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills to clearly report data insights to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities will also include:
- Managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns to drive performance and meet commercial objectives.
- Owning your campaigns end-to-end—from strategic planning and execution to analysis and optimization to ensure alignment with brand and business goals.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in paid media, performance marketing, and the broader e-commerce landscape to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Developing and presenting insightful reports on campaign performance and recommending strategies for optimization.
- Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
