Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Network Design and Buildout: Design and build network infrastructures for large-scale projects such as apartment complexes, connecting 10G circuits to each unit. Build and configure network systems in-house for later deployment.
• Routing and Protocol Management: Configure routing protocols (BGP and other Cisco protocols), leveraging Meraki and Cisco equipment for efficient, secure connectivity.
• Field Deployment: Travel for onsite configuration, installation, and “rack and stack” of network equipment.
• Network Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and 24/7 support through an after-hours rotation. Conduct network updates and monitor systems to ensure performance and security.
• Access Control and Connectivity: Manage access control solutions and connect multiple networks in compliance with client specifications.
• Client and Project Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements, deliver tailored network solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer
• Proficiency in working with Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies is mandatory
• Must have a solid understanding of Computer Hardware
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is required
• Experience with Meraki is a plus
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
