Sales Assistant

You will also collaborate with the Director of Admissions to coordinate recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact and salesperson for all filmmaking programs
• Handle communication with potential students via various channels such as email, phone, and text
• Efficiently manage a database of leads, experience with Hubspot is a plus
• Schedule and conduct school tours, both remotely and in-person
• Convert leads into successful admissions, aiming for a high conversion rate
• Familiarize yourself with the process for international students, including dealing with SEVIS and other government agencies
• Cater to the specific requirements of Veterans
• Collaborate with the Director of Admissions to coordinate recruitment strategies.

• Proficiency in CRM is essential for managing customer relationships and boosting sales.
• Ability to make sales
• Ability to process data accurately and efficiently is required.
• Experience in answering inbound calls is necessary to handle customer queries and complaints.
