Member Support Specialist | Part-Time (30 hrs/week)

We’re looking for a temporary contractor to step in and support our crew while a key member is on maternity leave. This short-term role runs Monday through Friday, 30 hours per week with flexibility on choosing your hours (either 9 am – 3 pm or 10 am – 4 pm).
This role is in the office Monday – Thursday and remote on Fridays. The position will continue through August 2025 and offers $20 per hour. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and ready to make an impact during a crucial time for our crew.

How you'll spend your days:

Member Support:

  • Supporting Members by managing a high volume of incoming inquiries (phone, chat, and email), troubleshooting technical challenges, and instructing Members on how to best use the KCM SaaS Platform.

Member Resources:

  • Testing technical requirements of products and developing instructional materials for Members to learn how to set up or implement their KCM content and tools within their business.

Member Voice:

  • Understanding Member needs and being a voice for them internally, sharing their requests and needs with the rest of the company, primarily the product and content teams.

Requirements

For Success in this role you'll need:

  • Ability to identify and solve critical issues
  • A meticulous approach to tasks and a keen eye for accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working with social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Proficient with HubSpot Service
  • Experience supporting a virtual chat environment
  • Experience in a SaaS environment or working with a mobile app
  • Knowledge or experience in the real estate industry is a plus!
