This will involve work in the branch workshop and a significant proportion of time out at customer sites. Travel is required at least 75% of the time to go to customer sites. Our employees strive to perform their duties in a safe, professional, and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of mechanical equipment issues both in-shop and at customer sites
- Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up
- Comprehension of conveyor dynamics and material handling fundamentals
- Perform routine maintenance work on machinery
- Assemble machinery prior to installation
- Start-up and testing
- Understand and read Engineered Blueprints and drawings
- Shutdown operations
- Rigging and handling
- Bearing, seals and packing
- Keep work area and equipment in a safe, clean and orderly condition
- Perform duties and operate equipment in a safe and satisfactory manner
- Responsible time management
- Accurate documentation of work and timelines
- Experience in bulk material handling is an asset
- Laser alignment of pulleys, drives and gearboxes
