Temp Accounts Payable Specialist
This temporary role offers the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate as well as overtime depending on business needs.
salary: $18 - $19 per hourshift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities
Process and manage vendor invoices to meet daily metrics goals, ensuring accurate coding andapprovals.
Prepare and process electronic virtual card payments, as requested.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of vendor-related inquiries and issues.
Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, as needed.
Audit, verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Manage incoming vendor communications to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment relatedissues.
Participate in the implementation and improvement of accounts payable processes and systems.
