• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide teletherapy services to individuals and families. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping clients work through PTSD, emotional struggles, and behavioral challenges—all within a supportive and well-structured environment.

Your Role:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Lead virtual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches like CBT and ABA.
• Offer structured care for clients managing PTSD, ensuring a safe and supportive space.
• Provide case management, including referrals to additional resources when necessary.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation following ICD-9 standards.
• Collaborate with other professionals to enhance client care.
• Support families through counseling to promote healthy relationships.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active California license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Prior experience in therapy and case management.
• Familiarity with CBT, ABA, and other therapy methods.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
