Systems Administrator

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both local and cloud-based systems, including managing servers. Your role will include system migrations, security audits, and performance monitoring, all while ensuring that IT policies and industry best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support servers, both cloud-based (Azure) and on-premises.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance on all company systems.
• Manage user accounts and permissions to ensure proper access to systems and data.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of IT resources.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes.
• Ensure data integrity by managing backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure strategies and improvements.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in system administration, managing both on-prem and cloud-based systems.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (2+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with identity and access management systems and tools.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
