We are a busy practice hoping to find an experienced leader to join our collaborative admin team. Motivation and passion for patient care is a must. We focus on quality in our relationships with patients, our systems and our communication.
We use technology (Eaglesoft) to make every position simpler so having these skills is important.
This is a great opportunity to work in a 3 doctor, all female, productive, kind, successful practice with seasoned team members.

Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative duties
- Accounting for patients and making sure that relations are maintained
- Organizing and helping with claims
- Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
- Appointment scheduling
- Requesting records
- Patient follow ups
- Manage unscheduled and treatment pending lists to ensure patient follow through to meet scheduling goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- 2 or more years dental front office experience required
- Proficient in Dental Insurance/Claims
- Experienced with Accounts Receivable, Treatment Planning and Presentation.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, positive, and outgoing attitude with professional demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team in a friendly dental team enviornment
- Must be eager to work in a fast-paced environment
