Due to a recent promotion, our manufacturing client is seeing a Staff Accountant. This role will have exposure to a verity of duties which will allow for future promotions. Our client has GREAT benefits and an amazing culture!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries to the general ledger.
• Conduct general ledger account analysis and reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable processes, including check runs.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Provide backup support for payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather information and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with MS Dynamics is a plus, ERP systems experience required.
