Contract Administrator - Rebates and Fees

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Contract Administrator position located in Arden Hills, Minnesota. This hybrid role requires three days on-site and involves a combination of customer service, communication, and sales.
As a Contract Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams and utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel, Operations, Payment Processing, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and consistently maintain the status of market share forms in contract management systems.
- Collaborate effectively with the Rebates and Fees team, Pricing and Contracting teams, Global Business Support, and other divisions to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Prepare and submit payment requests through Accounting on a weekly basis following Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Communicate with the Sales organization regarding final rebate performance, ensuring accurate and timely rebate payments.
- Develop solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity, applying your critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Support rebate payment and ad-hoc information requests from the Sales organization and/or customer, demonstrating your strong customer service skills.
- Assist other members of the Quality team as needed, showcasing your willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
- Utilize contracting management system tools and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Prepare final customer documentation of rebate performance, ensuring all details are accurate and clear.
- Stay updated with general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
- 4-year degree in a business-related field.
- Strong individual management skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Ability to use diplomacy and tact in interactions and problem-solving.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Operations and Payment Processing
- Understanding of Pricing Practices
- Experience with Business Intelligence Technologies
- Knowledge of Rebate processes
- Experience in handling Customer Contracts
