We are seeking a Financial Aid Analyst/Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. • Oversee customer accounts and carry out necessary actions
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Process customer credit applications with precision and speed
• Use the Automated Underwriting System effectively for customer service
• Ensure compliance with financial aid policies and regulations
• Utilize CRM systems to maintain and update customer records
• Work with Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Manage credit record accuracy and make necessary updates
• Oversee the disbursement of financial aid to customers
• Utilize FACTS for financial aid management and customer service. • Applicant must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of a Financial Aid Analyst/Specialist or a similar position.
• Proficiency in the use of Automated Underwriting Systems is a mandatory requirement.
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is essential.
• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of compliance regulations in the financial sector is required.
• The candidate must have strong customer service skills.
• Experience in handling disbursement processes is essential.
• Proficiency in FACTS (Financial Aid and Cohort Tracking System) is required.
