Internship, Operations Analyst, Sales & Delivery Operations (Summer 2025)
Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week in-person. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.
We're seeking a driven Operations Analyst to join the Tesla Sales and Delivery Operations team, supporting the Americas Sales and Sales Operations teams in driving a smooth, fast and easy experience for our Delivery Customers. As a key member of the team, you will build strong relationships with Delivery Operations and Business Analytics stakeholders.Your role will involve data review, analysis, visualization, and reporting, with a focus on developing and refining critical reports and analytical insights that inform improved Delivery Operations. As the subject matter expert for sales and sales operations business reporting, you will provide actionable insights and recommendations and contribute to the North America Operational goals by supporting data mapping, validation, and quality assurance efforts as needed.
- Develop and deliver timely, accurate, and actionable analysis and reporting to inform Tesla Delivery Operations using established criteria and metrics
- Design and maintain key Delivery reports, ensuring data integrity and proactively improving report formats
- Provide insights into high-impact projects and provide compelling visualization of data for a variety of audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Digital, Real Estate, Logistics, Customer Insights, and Service to gather and incorporate diverse inputs and perspectives
- Streamline and consolidate reports to enhance usability and practicality, ensuring that each report meets specific business needs and user requirements
- Provide ad hoc analytics support, utilizing SQL and advanced MS Excel to drive data-driven insights and inform business decisions
- Study in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Applied Analytics or equivalent
- Minimal 1 year SQL, Tableau, Microsoft BI and advanced MS Excel modeling
- Able to work in extremely fast-paced organization
- Able to learn and adapt to shifting business needs
