Robert Half has partnered with a leading service company with presence across CT, seeking an efficient Office Manager for one of their branches. This role involves leading the customer service team and overseeing all administrative processes.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee office operations and manage CSR representative.
  • Complete month-end processes and prepare internal reports.
  • Update and manage company databases and customer records.
  • Act as a link between corporate and branch office teams.
  • Process branch payroll accurately.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role; experience working in a service setting preferred (oil, hvac, construction, distribution, retail, etc.)
  • Solid computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent multi-tasking ability, and adept at prioritizing tasks in a team environment.
