Management Assistant, Controllership

This role will be critical in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements across the organization. ***Relevant candidates will be contacted within 24 hours of applying and directly submitted to the client***

education: Bachelors

• Oversee the management of assigned company entities, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Analyze financial data for accuracy, exceptions, and emerging trends.
• Manage general ledger closing, including account schedule preparation and the preparation of financial statements.
• Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process and serve as a liaison.
• Work closely with various business units to ensure divisional P&Ls are accurately reported.
• Partner with management to enhance cash recognition processes.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process by providing historical data analysis for presentations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate across teams to propose and implement effective solutions.

• Month-End Close (5 years of experience is preferred)
• Year End Close (5 years of experience is preferred)
• Financial Reporting (5 years of experience is preferred)
• Forecasting (5 years of experience is preferred)
• Budgeting Forecasting & Management Reporting (5 years of experience is preferred)
