Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily accounting and finance operations across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement cost control initiatives within the restaurant and bakery operation.
• Analyze cost structures and pricing strategies to optimize profitability across product lines and locations.
• Monitor inventory controls, food, and labor costs to ensure operational efficiency and margin improvement.
• Prepare, analyze, and present timely and accurate financial statements to senior management, highlighting key business drivers.
• Manage month-end closing processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Involvement in compliance and risk management.
• Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel, Restaurant industry, and Manufacturing Cost Accounting for effective execution of duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting
• Ability to manage financial operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Professional certification (CPA or CMA) is preferred
• Experience with financial software and systems
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
