Financial Analyst/Manager

You will also contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities, team building, and data analysis and analytics tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making processes
• Conduct financial planning and analysis to drive the company's financial strategy
• Perform due diligence activities for potential mergers and acquisitions
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability
• Contribute to team building efforts to ensure a high-performing finance team
• Utilize data analysis and analytics to provide insights into financial performance
• Work with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Use Epicor for enterprise resource planning and financial management
• Participate in traditional forecasting to predict future financial trends
• Handle other financial management tasks as needed. • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial analysis or management role.
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Demonstrated skills in Power BI and data analytics.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP& A) is required.
• Must have conducted due diligence in previous roles.
• Knowledge and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with Epicor software is an advantage.
• Must have a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Must have a degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus.
