We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing team. The role is centered around handling high volumes of invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data integrity within our accounting system. This role offers contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Accurately review and process a significant volume of invoices from various vendors in a timely manner
Guarantee the completeness and correctness of all documentation related to accounts payable transactions
Utilize 'Accounts Payable (AP)' and 'Microsoft Excel' skills to manage and process data entry tasks
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions, ensuring data integrity within our accounting system
Perform 'Invoice Processing' tasks, including coding invoices, to ensure efficient and accurate payment processing
Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions based on account status
Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP)
Skilled in coding invoices
Excellent data entry abilities
Experience in invoice processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of the non-profit industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience with accounting software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field is preferred
