Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support of the Teradata Platforms for Risk and Compliance management.
• Report on management and coordination of remediation for security vulnerabilities identified in GIS system scans.
• Compliance certifications each quarter.
• Entitlement oversight and management.
• System access reviews and decisioning.
• Oversight of Technical Recovery Plan (TRP) and Disaster Recovery testing for Teradata Platforms on annual basis.
• Not Permitted Technology (NPT) and End of Life oversight and remediation coordination.
• Various other AppHQ certifications (e.g., application dependency mapping)
• Teradata inventory management.
• Analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems.
• Assessing the business model and its integration with technology, as well as researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert, actively participating in team discussions and providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Agile ALM Tools, JIRA Tool, Teradata BI, and Microsoft Visio are recommended.
• Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document customer requirements.
• Design and document future state processes and systems.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and decision-making.
• Create visual representations of business processes using tools like Microsoft Visio.
