Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits

Your Duties:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with patients experiencing chronic conditions.
• Design and execute personalized treatment strategies.
• Be the primary contact for patient and provider communication.
• Adapt your approach to ensure seamless patient care.
• Offer confidential counseling and assess immediate needs.
• Share educational resources with patients and caregivers.
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to clinical regulations.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized institution.
• An active California LCSW license.
• At least 2 years’ experience in psychotherapy.
• Expertise in solution-focused therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
