Technical Support Specialist

Our dynamic IT team is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch onsite and remote assistance to our diverse clientele. With an exciting 50% travel role within the Bay Area, we're looking for an individual who thrives on variety and challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Handle both onsite and remote help desk support, serving as the key point of contact for all IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and maintain network equipment, primarily Cisco Meraki and SonicWall, ensuring optimal network operations at all times.
• Efficiently manage Microsoft 365 applications to optimize business functions.
• Maintain and manage server environments, with a focus on Microsoft servers.
• Stay current with the latest developments in cloud infrastructure and leverage this knowledge for business success.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years demonstrated experience in technical support, delivering both onsite and remote help desk assistance.
• Proficiency in handling network equipment, particularly Cisco Meraki and SonicWall.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 applications, leveraging its Office suite to drive business functions.
• Solid understanding of server environments, preferably Microsoft.
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge or experience would be a significant plus.
• Must be comfortable and willing to travel within the Bay Area as per the business requirements.
