• Project Forecasts including cash flow
• Check on project performance and calculate work in progress
• Prepare and monitor budget
• KPIs for each project
• Follow up on monthly provisions
• Ensure adequate cost control and align project profitability with financial objectives
• Provide regular and accurate project reports

• Project controlling building warehouses. Calculations on all parts/people/costs associated with project
• Job Costing. Cost controlling and forecasting/budgeting the projects.
• Project accounting and how figures/profits/budget change during the project. Follow ups done by project controller.
