Contracts Manager PositionAre you a seasoned professional in contract management, looking for a new challenge? We have an outstanding opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a variety of contractual agreements and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage a range of contracts, including Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements such as teaming, non-disclosure, consultant, temporary employment, and subcontract agreements.Serve as the main point of contact during negotiations, providing and obtaining necessary information and clarifications.Prepare and manage subcontractor Request for Proposal (RFP) packages.Analyze subcontractor proposals and perform cost or price analysis.Assist in the development of proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation instructions.Handle the contract closeout process, ensuring compliance, processing modifications, and maintaining contract files.Conduct monthly report reviews and submissions.Provide support for contract briefs and audits.Take on special projects and additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from an accredited institution.At least 7 years of experience in DOD government contract administration.Proficiency in managing diverse contract types including FFP, CPFF, T&M, and IDIQ.Familiarity with FAR/DFAR regulations.Required experience with Deltek.
