Job Summary and Responsibilities:
Acentra seeks a Program Manager to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
Supports the contracts and programs to ensure efficiencies, deliverables and assigned contract functions are performed to the highest standards to strengthen the relationships with customers and meet contract requirements.
*Position is remote in Oregon, with some Oregon field-based accountabilities about 25%*
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively directs program through objectives and goals assigned for contract compliance. Monitors metrics and daily operations to ensure success.
- Collaborates with program leaders, including medical director, management teams, and corporate support teams to improve processes, determine training needs and improvement opportunities. Assists in budget review and management.
- Provides leadership and supervision to staff assigned to the program, including quality, CM, UM, retrospective reviews, provider training/education, consumer training/education, data collection, analysis and reporting and technical assistance, to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Works with management and corporate team for the enhancement of the RFP, new RFP cycles and related new business.
- Oversees budget review and analysis to ensure the financial success of the program.
- Assesses all systems, including contract, policy and procedure, workflow, etc., continually to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to all stakeholders.
- Collaborates with management team to create an organizational structure that will ensure effective processes and work designs, including team integration and oversight which will include Oregon statewide field-based visits.
- Assists in determining development opportunities for staff and teams.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- BA/BS minimum in a nursing, health care, business or related field.
- Masters Degree in related field.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations and management.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Healthcare experience and oversight of field-based operations.
- Provider Network experience either through provider relations or provider recruitment/enrollment.
- Community stakeholder meetings or relations.
- Knowledge of best practice in healthcare operations, including quality initiatives and quality oversight.
- Knowledge of government policy and structure.
- Knowledge of metrics, productivity measures and reporting.
- Knowledge of regulatory agency compliance.
- Knowledge of contract development and implementation.
- Budget and financial skills.
- Able to lead and mange direct reports to achieve contract deliverables.
- Aptitude for systems planning and prioritization of tasks.
- Competent communication skills (written and verbal and listening); uses appropriate interpersonal skills with variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to provide supervision to staff that ensures excellent customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and supervision to meet contract deliverables for all operations.
- Provide data analysis and reporting that meets the contractor’s goals of quality care and cost effectiveness in a timely manner.
- Provide consultation to contractor on system and policy issues.

Pay Range: USD $77,440.00 - USD $121,000.00 /Yr.
