Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Duration: 8-12+ Months (Possible Extension) Client: Confidential Role Overview: As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing Salesforce projects from initiation to completion.
You will work closely with stakeholders, including business users, Salesforce developers, architects, and other cross-functional teams, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of Salesforce initiatives and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Manage project resources, including internal team members, contractors, and third-party vendors. Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, resolve issues, and make decisions. Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience working in an Agile environment and using project management tools such as Jira or Client Project.
