Randstad is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with forklift and hoist operation skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling materials, loading/unloading shipments, and organizing inventory while ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to operate heavy equipment confidently. THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE ROLE! Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities
Perform all warehouse tasks including, but not limited to, pick, pack, ship, receive, put away, cycle count, andaudit all inventory
Load and unload trailers in timely manner
Inventory cycle count per schedule or as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, which includes, but not limited to proper placement of inventory
Maintain a safe work environment
Make sure all safety guidelines while operating a forklift or other equipment
Maintain accurate paperwork for inventory control, including shipping/receiving paperwork
Other duties as assigned
