Our client, a leader in high-end retail construction, is looking for an experienced Luxury Retail Construction Superintendent to join their dynamic team. Specializing in luxury retail spaces, the company is known for delivering elegant and precise construction solutions for premier global brands.

Job Description

Manage daily on-site construction operations for luxury retail projects.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site staff to maintain project schedules and high-quality workmanship.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all building codes and safety regulations.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure the finished product meets client expectations.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Manage client relationships on-site, ensuring their vision is achieved to the highest standard.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on retail or luxury projects.
Proven track record of managing high-end, detail-driven retail projects in New York or similar markets.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders.
Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and finishes specific to luxury retail.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Local NYC experience preferred.
