• Respond to inquiries from customers regarding parts availability, pricing, and technical details.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers looking to purchase parts.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide product recommendations and upsell related parts or accessories.
• Enter orders into the system, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.
• Track sales metrics, customer orders, and prepare regular sales reports
• Collaborate with other departments to improve sales processes and customer experienc
