San Jose - Paralegal

The role demands a high level of organization and attention to detail, with the Paralegal being the fulcrum of multiple activities within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee discovery processes in personal injury litigation cases
• Draft and electronically file critical documents including deposition notices, form complaints, and requests for dismissals
• Manage the scanning and uploading of incoming mail to ensure efficient document handling
• Take responsibility for calendaring depositions and other critical events
• Schedule and calendar IME's and depositions, liaising directly with clients as required
• Provide support to multiple attorneys, coordinating and managing their schedules
• Handle incoming calls for the senior partners of the firm
• Ensure accurate and efficient management of the master calendar and SOL calendar.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience
