Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities include:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any insurance service or product issues and concerns.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service by responding to the customers' queries in a prompt and empathetic manner.
• Understand customers' needs and guide them through the variety of our health insurance products.
• Provide information about medical claims, policy benefits, and service technicalities.
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary.
• Work with other team members to ensure comprehensive customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in health insurance, is a plus.
