Robert Half is working with a local organization who is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a role in person in the Lehigh Valley.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any insurance service or product issues and concerns.
- Deliver extraordinary customer service by responding to the customers' queries in a prompt and empathetic manner.
- Understand customers' needs and guide them through the variety of our health insurance products.
- Provide information about medical claims, policy benefits, and service technicalities.
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary.
- Work with other team members to ensure comprehensive customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in health insurance, is a plus.
