We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk at our location in Lathrop, California, 95330, United States. This role is primarily within the industry and requires the individual to be responsible for various tasks including the processing of customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process data entries related to customer accounts.
• Handle accounts payable and ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner.
• Maintain and reconcile account records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks.
• Perform light filing duties to keep all relevant paperwork organized.
• Handle accounts receivable, ensuring all payments are received and correctly logged.
• Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts.
• Manage billing processes, ensuring all charges are accurately recorded and billed.
• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Demonstrated ability in Billing and Invoice Processing
• Proficient in Data Entry
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle software is highly desirable
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is beneficial
• Knowledge of SAP software is a plus
