HR Generalist

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist at our client near Shrewsbury, PA. The HR Generalist will support the daily operations to include employee relations, benefits, recruitment and payroll administration. This position will work in office.

Responsibilities of the HR Generalist may include:

• Act as the primary payroll-processing administrator, ensuring accurate data entry into payroll and HRIS databases.
• Administer employee benefit programs, including group health, dental, and vision insurance; group life and LTD, retirement/pension plans, among others.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new associates.
• Coordinate and complete necessary pre-employment testing for newly hired personnel.
• Prepare various department and company reports.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local legislation pertaining to HR-related matters.
• Support recruitment efforts including screening and scheduling of interviews.
• Responsible for the maintenance of personnel records, including the company’s HR information systems.
• Experienced in Full Cycle Recruiting, capable of managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Payroll processing experience
• Bachelor's degree and SHRM certification preferred, 3+ years of human resources experience within the manufacturing industry
• ADP and HRIS system experience
