Data Entry Specialist
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Data Entry Specialist working remotely!
Pay: $22.50/hrShift: Mon- Fri, 8a-4p EST, remote
Inbound Transportation is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, Data Entry Specialist.
Responsibilities for this Data Entry Specialist position include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the data entry of routing requests from our vendor booking system into our Order Management System (OMS)
- Organizing routing requests and sending to carrier partners for shipment assignments
- Managing new user account setup in our vendor booking system
- Maintaining an organized file of shipment data to ensure entries are complete and accurate
- Adhering to data management best practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency
- Working closely with transportation planning analysts to support the flow of goods from our domestic vendors
Education/Certificates required:
- High School Diploma or GED
Qualifications for this Data Entry Specialist position:
- 1+ years of prior Data Entry Specialist experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to spot errors and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Must demonstrate strong time management skills ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient with MS Office Suite

Pay Details: $22.50 per hour
