Accounts Payable Clerk

We are in the process of expanding our team in Bartlett, Tennessee, with a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk. This role is integral to the manufacturing sector, where you will be central to handling a high volume of accounts payable tasks. This is an offering of an exciting opportunity that plays a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and improving our business's efficiency.

• Accurately processing invoices on a regular basis
• Ensuring all accounts payable data entries are up-to-date and error-free
• Performing account reconciliations to confirm the accuracy of transactions
• Utilizing SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks for financial management and reporting
• Regularly performing check runs to maintain financial accuracy
• Coding invoices correctly for improved financial documentation
• Using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and data management
• Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies in the accounts payable process
• Ensuring all financial records are accurately maintained for future reference
• Actively participating in the improvement of accounts payable processes. • Experience in the manufacturing industry is essential.
• Proven work history as an Accounts Payable Clerk.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
• Strong skills in Accounts Payable (AP) are necessary.
• Ability to perform Check Runs effectively.
• Knowledge in Coding Invoices is needed.
• High proficiency in Data Entry tasks.
• Experience in Invoice Processing is a must.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with Oracle software is beneficial.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software is desirable.
• Proficiency in SAP software is a plus.
