Responsibilities:
- Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly PM assignments of all dry offset printing presses
- Assigned work order tasks.
- Performs daily entry of tasks performed and completed into Berry PM Program.
- Performs daily reporting of parts used, by use of scanner or other reporting method.
- Assists production group leaders with day to day problems with machines.
- Maintains GMP, housekeeping and safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of electricity
- Repair and rebuild color heads
- Replaces belts and bearings
- Ability to use axillary equipment (drill, grinder, band saw, etc.)
- Ability to locate parts from parts list
- Other duties as assigned by their supervisor
Qualifications:
Extensive hands on experience
Electrical experience
PLC experience
High School Diploma or Trade school
Leadership and communication skills
Attention to details
