At Evermark, we are a rapidly growing building materials company committed to delivering exceptional products, services, and solutions to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.
Requirements:
This role offers the exciting opportunity for advancement, with a clear path to transition into an Accounting Manager position. The Senior Accountant III is responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing accurate and compete managerial reports, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Lead the month-end closing process for all company subsidiaries
- Perform various expenses analysis at month-end to ensure the data accuracy
- Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts at month-end
- Assist in preparing comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reporting package
- Review process of inventory receiving, adjustment, and out of stock status to make sure transactions are properly recorded
- Review and maintain factories costing modules
- Answer questions, inquires, and requests from internal departments and external vendors and partners
- Provide reports and data as needed for analysis, comparison, and management review
- Research and prepare for external audits
- Review and update Accounting Department SOP's
- Perform other projects and assignment upon supervisor's request
