- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Serve as the main point of contact on-site, liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure clear communication and resolve any issues.

The Successful Applicant- Extensive Construction Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong Leadership Skills: A natural leader who can effectively manage and motivate teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance on-site.
- Expert in Construction Processes: Deep knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards, particularly within the commercial sector.
- Exceptional Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with subcontractors, clients, and project managers to ensure alignment and resolve issues quickly.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Meticulous in managing project timelines, resources, and site operations, with strong organizational skills to track progress and manage multiple aspects of the project.
