Accounts Payable Specialist

Your role will be critical in processing account transactions, handling accounting software systems, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization.

• Handle the processing of data related to accounts payable
• Utilize accounting software systems for efficient and accurate transaction processing
• Ensure proper account coding for all transactions
• Engage in the auditing process to maintain the integrity of financial records
• Use Concur for travel and expense management
• Perform accrual accounting to record revenue and expenses when they are incurred
• Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll and HR services
• Assist in other accounting functions as needed. • Proficiency in Account Coding is necessary for the role
• Knowledge and experience in using Accounting Software Systems is required
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a key requirement
• Proficiency in using Concur is essential
• Expertise in Data Processing is required
• Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively is a must
• Knowledge and experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
• Understanding of Accrual Accounting is required
• Experience in performing Auditing tasks is essential
• Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) is a key requirement
