Job Overview: Premium Merchant Funding is seeking a proactive and highly organized Information Technology Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Financial District. This role will require a versatile individual with strong IT skills, an ability to manage day-to-day office operations, and a knack for creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office tasks, IT troubleshooting, supporting onboarding processes, and coordinating events. As the go-to point of contact for office-related matters, the Office Manager will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Support: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and office tech equipment. Provide basic IT support for staff and liaise with IT vendors when needed.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies and equipment, manage office space, and ensure a clean, organized, and productive working environment.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up their workstations, explaining office systems, and ensuring smooth integration into the team.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, visitors, and external vendors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office atmosphere.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle general office duties such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, managing correspondence, and assisting with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in a financial or tech environment.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to set up, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems and office technology.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
